Here is a tried and true recipe from Almost Bourdain.
French garlic prawns! Yum.
My photos are definitely not as pretty (disregard the browned butter rings along the ramekins! hehe) but these prawns were divine! I filled up 6 ceramic ramekins with the ingredients, popped them in the oven for less than 10 minutes, and wah-lah!
I ate one ramekin for lunch with rice… and my SO gobbled up the rest in just one day. Sigh. Oh well, at least I know it was a success!
