Hautelook Order Update

Remember the necklaces I bought earlier this month?  I received the package last night and to my horror I discovered that I had a completely different necklace than the coral one below:

The Hautelook.com policy for jewelry is a ‘no refund, no exchange‘ type deal, so I was anticipating a let down.  But lo and behold, I called their customer service hotline and the girl on the phone was very understanding.
